This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Blooming Lotus Yoga Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“Blooming Lotus Yoga Limited”). Blooming Lotus Yoga Limited advertises and promotes yoga retreats and courses operated by a separate company, PT. Blooming Lotus Yoga, which is incorporated in Indonesia and conducts its operations in Bali (“PT. Blooming Lotus Yoga”).
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Blooming Lotus Yoga Limited website (the “Site”) and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.
- Changes to Terms
Blooming Lotus Yoga Limited reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- Services
Blooming Lotus Yoga Limited promotes yoga retreats, yoga teacher training courses, and private yoga classes, as well as related products and services offered by PT. Blooming Lotus Yoga. All services are subject to availability, and PT. Blooming Lotus Yoga reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
- User Accounts
To access certain features of our Site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- Payment and Pricing
Prices for services and products promoted on this Site are subject to change without notice. Payments can be made in deposits or in full at the time of booking. All financial transactions, including payments and refunds, are the sole responsibility of Blooming Lotus Yoga Limited.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy below. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the service or product you have purchased for detailed information on cancellations and refunds.
- Conduct
You agree to use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Site to post or transmit any material that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site and services if you violate these terms.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blooming Lotus Yoga Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.
- Limitation of Liability
Blooming Lotus Yoga Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or the services offered by PT. Blooming Lotus Yoga. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, or computer viruses.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Blooming Lotus Yoga Limited harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site and services or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Events
PT. Blooming Lotus Yoga reserves the right to add, substitute, and cancel any activities or classes from its schedule as deemed necessary to provide better service and experience to the customers.
- Customer’s Health and Physical Condition
12.1 The customer confirms that they are in good physical condition and know of no medical or other reason why they are not capable of engaging in active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to their health, safety, comfort, or physical condition.
12.2 The customer shall not use any PT. Blooming Lotus Yoga facilities while suffering from any infections or contagious illness, disease, or other ailments such as open cuts, abrasions, open sores, or minor infections, where there is a risk that such use may be detrimental to the health, safety, comfort, or physical condition of other customers.
- The Management Reserves the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone
13.1 Without notice and with immediate effect if a customer’s conduct, whether or not such conduct is the subject of a complaint by another customer, is such that in the reasonable opinion of the Management, it is harmful to the character and/or interests of PT. Blooming Lotus Yoga.
13.2 Without prior notice and effective immediately, if the customer has committed any breach of the Code of Conduct and Ethics of PT. Blooming Lotus Yoga.
13.3 Upon notice, if the Management is of the opinion that the customer is not a suitable individual for continued participation in classes at PT. Blooming Lotus Yoga.
13.4 Without prior notice and effective immediately, if any customer is found to have violated the privacy of any other customer within the shower and changing rooms or is caught in lewd acts or compromising actions.
13.5 Without prior notice and effective immediately, if any customer is found to have engaged in theft from another customer within PT. Blooming Lotus Yoga premises.
- Operational Hours
The Management of PT. Blooming Lotus Yoga reserves the right to adjust the hours for purposes of cleaning, decorating, repairs, special private functions, events, and holidays. The Management shall endeavor to give reasonable notice of any change in these operational hours.
- Force Majeure
Neither Blooming Lotus Yoga Limited nor PT. Blooming Lotus Yoga shall be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond their reasonable control, including, without limitation: acts of God, fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, volcanic eruptions or other natural forces, pandemic, war, civil unrest, accident, any strike or labor disturbance, or any other event similar to those enumerated above. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of such an occurrence, each party agrees to make a good faith effort to perform its obligations under this agreement.
- Others
16.1 Promoting or selling personal sessions or other goods and services by a customer to other customers is strictly prohibited and will result in a temporary ban of the customer in question.
16.2 The Management of PT. Blooming Lotus Yoga reserves the right to use any individual or group photographs of customers and/or Guests for press or promotional purposes.
16.3 The failure of the Management or Blooming Lotus Yoga Limited to enforce any of their respective rights at any time for any period shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights.
- Code of Conduct and Ethics
At Blooming Lotus Yoga, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members of our community. The following Code of Conduct and Ethics outlines the principles and guidelines that guide our interactions and practices:
17.1 Respect and Inclusivity: Treat every individual with kindness, dignity, and respect. Embrace and celebrate diversity, ensuring that our space is inclusive and welcoming to people of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities.
17.2 Mindful Practice: Practice mindfulness on and off the mat, fostering awareness of one’s actions, words, and thoughts.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Refunds and Change of Dates for Yoga Teacher Training Courses
In the event that you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you can transfer your deposit and tuition to another course within the next 3 years (subject to availability) with a minimum of 1 month notice.
If you’re unable to transfer to another course you may be eligible for a refund based on our refund policy:
Deposit – The $500 USD deposit is non-refundable. Tuition – The remaining tuition is fully refundable before 6 months*, 50% refundable before 2 months*, and non-refundable less than 2 months of the training start date.
*minus 9.3% service fees
Accommodations/Meals – Once the course has begun the accommodation and meal costs are non-refundable.
Refunds and Change of Dates for Yoga Retreats
In the event you need to cancel for any reason, you can transfer to another retreat within the next 3 years or receive a refund* with a minimum of 7 days’ notice before check-in. Once the retreat has begun, tuition, accommodation, and meal costs are non-refundable.

Refunds and Change of Dates for Meditation Retreats
In the event you need to cancel for any reason, you can transfer to another retreat within the next 3 years or receive a full refund with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before check-in. Once the retreat has begun, tuition, accommodation, and meal costs are non-refundable.
Refunds and Returns Policy for Physical Goods
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Blooming Lotus Yoga Limited will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Blooming Lotus Yoga Limited will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Refunds and Returns Policy for Digital Goods
For digital goods, such as online courses, ebooks, and MP3s, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you do not enjoy our digital product, just email us and we will give you a no-questions-asked refund.
