Current Covid-19 Status of Blooming Lotus Yoga Retreats & Courses
(last updated Oct 22, 2021)
All scheduled yoga retreats and yoga teacher training courses from December 5th onward are open for registration. When booking, please note that we have a risk-free, 100% refund policy. In the event that you need to cancel your trip, due to health, flights, or govt. related policies, you can transfer to another retreat or course within the next 3 years or ask for a full refund.
Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) is now open and it is possible to book direct flights into Bali from abroad, or transit through Jakarta. Travelers can enter on either a tourist visa which currently must be obtained from an embassy abroad, or a business visa processed with the help of a professional agent and obtained at your local Indonesian embassy.
There are numerous regulations in place, with requirements frequently updated. Below are the general requirements, however, please note that we anticipate that many of these regulations will change quickly, and may vary based on your nationality, travel history and individual circumstances.
Business visas are currently available for citizens of most countries, while tourist visas are currently available for these 19 countries*:
New Zealand, Sweden, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Hungary, Norway, Japan, United Arab Emirates, India, South Korea, China, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Liechtenstein
To enter Bali on either a tourist or business visa:
- You must be fully vaccinated with a second vaccine taken at least 14 days prior to traveling to Indonesia
- You must quarantine for 5 days (4 nights)* at a hotel/resort of your choice in Bali (many 3-5 star hotels are available to choose from)
- You must take 3 PCR tests (before departure, on arrival & 4 days after landing in Bali)
* We anticipate more countries will be added to this list in the very near future, that tourist visa’s on arrival will be made available, and that the quarantine time will soon be reduced and then eliminated before 2022.
We encourage everyone to exercise due diligence regarding the health and travel risks associated with Covid-19, and wish to reassure everyone that the well-being and safety of all guests and staff is our first priority. Hygiene protocols based on local regulations have been put in place at our retreat center to ensure everyone’s safety and minimize risk.
