Being guided by her India Satguru, Her Holiness Amma Sri Karunamayi, Lily’s deep & profound inner journey has allowed her to synthesize the teachings from the sacred yogic lineage of Shri Vidya to share its essence of unconditional love, wisdom and truth. With the deep revelations born from her intensive meditation & yogic practices, combined with her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology & Energy Healing training, Lily aims to share the deep purifying practices and philosophical approach of Classical Yoga with students, so that they may rest in their True state of pure bliss and joy.
With a love for silent meditation, advaita vedanta, self-inquiry, mantra, tantra, yoga nidra, bhakti yoga and sacred pilgrimages, Lily’s yearning to realize and abide in Truth brought her to a life devoted to the path of Self-Realization. Through the immeasurable love and compassion of her Satguru, Lily has been blessed to humbly serve yoga students from around the world by passing on the teachings of the Awakened Ones. Spending extensive time in retreat every year in remote forest ashrams in India, practicing deep meditation and yoga, acquiring vidya (yogic knowledge), and serving those in need, Lily’s only true mission in life is to show others how to surrender fully into each & every moment.
Lily has worked with her dear friend Kate Potter on the Yoga T.V. & D.V.D series Namaste, and has also developed specialized yoga programs for various populations; professional athletes, senior groups, as well as men & women of all ages. She has produced The Yoga Nidra Collection of guided meditation mp3’s, as well as compiled the sacred words and teachings of the Great Masters into the Pure Wisdom book series to preserve the teachings of the Enlightened Ones.
Lily shares the multiple ways that our Divine nature expresses itself both through the teachings & in our daily lives. She inspires the practical application of the teachings – through relationships, our life purpose, in our intentions and approach to life. Author of “The Essential Teachings of Yoga,” Ramananda inspires the awakening of the spiritual heart through the wisdom traditions of Yoga, Tantra and Vedanta. A natural born mystic, vedic astrologer, ayurvedic medicinal healer and founder of Bali’s yoga lifestyle magazine BLISS!, he facilitates yoga teacher trainings, silent meditation retreats & vedic sacred arts workshops at Blooming Lotus Yoga throughout the year. Revealing the importance of Self-Awareness as a means to reconnect humanity to its roots as compassionate caretakers of Mother Nature, his silent presence emanates the love and insight of one surrendered into the Grace of Existence. From the lineage of one of the worlds’ ancient Goddess traditions, Shri Vidya, which recognizes nature as an expression of Spirit, he humbly offers spiritual guidance to all sincerely seeking liberation.
His teachings originate from the Vedas and the oral tradition of the enlightened saints of India which he received from his gurus and extensive pilgrimages throughout Asia. His extensive knowledge of the mystery teachings of the Vedas and Tantras coupled with his expertise in ceremony, ritual, Sanskrit chanting, mudras and mandalas open the gateways into the unseen worlds that connect our world with that of the Spiritual realms. Ashley is a passionate, grounded and inspiring yoga teacher who has been exploring somatic movement and expression, including Thai Massage, Somatic Movement Therapy, Capoeira, and Ecstatic Dance throughout her life. For Ashley, Yoga is an all-encompassing way of being; a lifestyle choice that gives us the tools to navigate through the spectrum of life’s myriad, colorful experiences.
Creating a safe, meditative, breath-infused experience accessible to all levels, Ashley’s classes are compassionate, playful, energizing and full of mindfulness. After years of traveling and intensively studying yoga with some of the foremost teachers in the U.S., Asia & the U.K and teaching classes and workshops internationally in Nepal & Scotland, Ashley is now based in Asia. Ashley now offers a unique fusion of the Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin styles of yoga asanas in her dynamic classes, as well as offers Meditation Classes and Holistic Lifestyle Advice to her students to help them find greater peace and balance in both their inner and outer lives.
Britney is an internationally certified yoga teacher, writer, and life & wellness coach. Her approach to asana encompasses a fusion of Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Yin & the Restorative approaches with an emphasis on developing an intense focus upon the State of Being – which reveals the Love, Truth and Bliss of our own Divine Nature.
Britney’s skill as a teacher comes from her deep, inner quest for Truth which has led her to travel around the world exploring the practices and techniques that aim at unfolding the highest state of being— Love, Bliss and Truth. Cultivating and practicing these ancient wisdom teachings has awakened a deep passion within her to guide others on the path of Self-Realization. Facilitating yoga classes, workshops and retreats around the world, Britney’s classes focus on integrating the body, breath and mind so one can reach their greatest potential, realize their highest truth and align to their sacred purpose in this life.
Known for her inspirational and loving spirit, she supports students in finding balance using a vast array of yoga practices, including asana, pranayama and meditation, as well as various healing techniques from the world’s wisdom traditions. Her endless devotion to support students on their journey to creating a life in alignment with their highest, most divinely authentic and true Self is Britney’s greatest gift to this world.
Lisa is a certified yoga teacher, truth seeker and radical self-love enthusiast. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin style asana classes during our yoga retreats in Bali, which focus on improving postural alignment while bringing students into the present moment with openness and relaxation.
Her search for lasting happiness led her into fields spanning professional ballet training, international community health development, emotion psychology research, and ultimately meditation. The wisdom tradition of Yoga gave Lisa access unlike anything else, to a sustainable sense of completeness and bliss; this drives her to teach and share the practice. Lisa has committed her life to elevating the well-being of humanity.
Anisha fell in love with yoga ten years ago. What began as practice for the physical benefits later blossomed into a spiritual journey as she became in touch with her own divine being and began to question the nature of reality. After completing her HBsc in Biology, Physiology, and Psychology at the University of Toronto, her fascination with Eastern Philosophy drew her to Asia. Her travels throughout the last five years, have allowed her to experience the interconnectedness of all beings.
In 2015, she was lead to Blooming Lotus Yoga in Bali where she became further connected to her spiritual being and experienced the essence of Yoga- the pure bliss of being. Her Bali yoga retreats are a meditative blend of Hatha and Vinyasa, with elements of Yin. She compassionately encourages students to allow their egos to melt to create space for the deeply nourishing experience of touching upon their own true nature.
